In my clinic, you will be treated in a relaxing private room. I use a very comfortable massage table. Its face cushion and armrest allow for the treatment without tension in the neck and back.
My treatments are available in 30 or 60 minute sessions and use a combination of Shiatsu, Acupuncture and Reiki. Please enquire if you would like Moxibustion.

My technique is quite gentle. I choose level of stimulation based on patient’s body requirements. I always search for the root of the problem and aim to offer a more permanent solution instead of just a temporary relief.
I aim for my treatments to provide long term relief. Many of my clients say that they get up from the massage table feeling not much different, but they feel fantastic the next day.
My massage is done fully clothed. I do recommend you wear loose, comfortable clothing to my sessions.
Both Acupuncture and Shiatsu focus on relieving pain and discomfort by correctly responding to tension before it potentially develops into a disease or causes any further damage. Both practices make you feel alive, refreshed and in harmony with life.
ACUPUNCTURE
SHIATSU
Acupuncture is an ancient system of healing that focuses on improving the overall well being of the patient. A wide range of health problems are treated by the insertion of fine needles into the body at specific points.
Traditional Japanese acupuncture using fine needles, with an emphasis on a gentle and considered approach. Acupuncture may support pain relief, muscle relaxation and recovery.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine there are over 360 vital energy points along “meridians” that transmit energy throughout the body. Every point has specific therapeutic effects on the relevant organs. These points have been mapped out over the past five thousand years and have more recently been confirmed through electromagnetic research.
Acupuncture takes a holistic view of a person with the body, emotions and spirit seen as being interconnected individual parts.
Traditional Japanese shiatsu uses pressure applied with the hands and fingers to support relaxation, ease muscle tension and encourage a sense of balance throughout the body.
Shiatsu is sometimes referred to as “acupuncture without needles”. It is non-invasive, performed without oils through light, comfortable clothing, and uses soothing, kneading, pressing, tapping and stretching techniques.
My massage is done fully clothed. I do recommend you wear loose, comfortable clothing to my sessions.
MOXIBUSTION
REIKI ENERGY WORK
Moxibustion uses mogsa, a plant product made from mugwort (yomogi). The plant is burnt to provide thermal stimulation on the pressure points. It burns at a low temperature and is snuffed out before it gets too hot, giving a stimulus to these pressure points.
It is an Oriental medicinal practice used to treat a variety of diseases without surgery or prescription drugs. Its goal is to enhance the natural healing power of our bodies. The treatment has no side effects.
I’m also skilled in Reiki Energy Work, Second Degree. I often infuse principles of Reiki into my Shiatsu work to facilitate improvement of patient’s natural energy flow.
Human bodies possess amazing healing power. My job is to clear way for this power to function at its highest potential.
