BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session.
My style of massage is done fully clothed. I recommend you wear loose, comfortable clothing to my sessions.
Massage is like exercise, so I recommend you have a drink of water afterwards, and if you can, to not eat immediately before or after.
I'm ACC registered with a doctor's referral.
Please note that you will required to bring a copy of your doctor’s referral.
Please advise me of any medical condition that may inhibit your ability to receive shiatsu or acupuncture treatment.

You can also purchase a gift card, a healthy choice for a present for someone special.
You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
Please note that ACC clients will also have to pay the full fee if no show or no cancellation.
